FINE GROUP of COMPANIES is a group of companies and

FINE FAB PVT. LTD.:
Fine Fab Pvt. Ltd. is a steel
fabrication company, which fabricates primarily chemical equipment, among
other things. These chemical equipment involve equipment which are used in
bulk drugs and pharmaceutical companies, like Chemical Reactors, Heat
Exchangers, Receivers, Storage Tanks, Nutch
Filters, Driers etc. Other equipment Finefab
manufactures include Radial gates, hot mix plants etc. Since the majority
of orders come from bulk drug sectors we have come to specialize in
Chemical equipment. Finefab also has developed a
reputation of manufacturing quality equipment and has also exported a lot
of equipment to the Middle East and East Asia.
M/s. Orchid Chemicals and pharmaceuticals Ltd. is our biggest client and Finefab has supplied equipment for over Forty crore rupees. Finefab has
also received the “Excellence
award” for best exporter by the All India Small scale industries
counsel. Finefab is also ISO 9001:2000 certified company and
has also received a credit rating of SE
2B from CRISIL indicating a high performance capability.
HEXAGON CONSTRUCTIONS:
Hexagon Constructions, has been in the field of quality
construction for several years and has already completed various
international standard buildings. It has successfully executed various
prestigious projects for M/s. Orchid Health Care. Hexagon has been
specializing in primarily constructing quality industrial buildings, but
has also taken up various commercial and residential ventures. Hexagon
Constructions has been given a credit rating of SME 3 by CRISIL indicating above average performance.
KRR DRUGS & INTERMEDIATES PVT. LTD.:
The promoters of Fine Group, having realized that they
had strengths in both Mechanical as well as Civil fields and also have had
a lot of exposure to the Bulk drug industry, they decided to venture into
the field of manufacturing of Pharmaceuticals. The result was KRR Drugs
& Intermediates Pvt. Ltd. which has been involved in the manufacture of
bulk drug API’s & intermediates. Several expansions are in the
offing with respect to the facilities as well as product range. This company
has been given a credit rating of SE
3B by CRISIL.
FINE ALLOY CASTINGS PVT. LTD.:
Judging by the market conditions where the demand of
quality steel castings far outran the supply, the promoters of Fine Group
took a strategic decision to diversify into the field of stainless steel,
mild steel and ferrous aluminum castings. The plant is currently
manufacturing over 150 tonnes of various kinds of
castings per month and is in the process of expanding its production
capacity. This company has been given a credit rating of SE 3B by CRISIL.
INDIRA DAIRY PVT. LTD.:
Since most of the promoters have hailed from villages in
and around Kavali town of Nellore
Dist. In Andhra Pradesh, and enjoy huge goodwill from the farmer
communities, a strategic decision was taken to diversify and setup a milk
chilling plant near Kavali town. One of the key
reasons for setting up the plant is taking into account the growing demand
for milk, which the current supply is unable to meet. The plant is
currently procuring about 15,000 liters of milk per day. The procured milk
is then being supplied to the city of Chennai
via a marketing tieup with well known branded
companies. A second chilling plant has also been opened near the town of Kaligiri,
Nellore Dist. with a production capacity of
15,000 litres per day. Though only chilling of
milk is being taken up currently, processing of milk products is being
envisaged at a later stage. This company has been given a credit rating of SE 2B by CRISIL.
